Please check with your CPA and save all your invoices. In our (non-legal) opinion, yes, this is a qualified business expense and should be tax deductible. Again, check with YOUR CPA for YOUR specific filing approach.
Can I use my own custom domain (URL) name and still use HostZaver?
Yes! If you purchase your preferred domain name from Go Daddy, Domain.com or other registry, you can use your very own custom URL! We can help you with the settings to point from your domain provider to our HostZaver solution. Just ask!
How does all the money movement work? Who handles deposits, collection of fees, refunds, etc.?
HostZaver is simple to use and connect to your very own Stripe account. Once completed (and we can help although it is really easy!) then YOU have total control of the money for your business. You can charge your security deposit, reservation total, add additional fees for services or extra guests, refund / cancel reservations and return money or return security deposits. In short, HostZaver is merely a platform and all of the money is controlled by you (the Host) and connected to your Stripe account connected to your bank account. HostZaver never sees or has the ability to touch any of your hard earned money. We are here simply to facilitate and help you GROW your business.
Other than the monthly or annual subscription fees for HostZaver, what additional costs can I expect?
None. It is possible we may additional functionality or modules over time that you may elect (or not) to subscribe to.
I have multiple properties. Can HostZaver handle this?
Yes! In fact we have many users that have 6 or more (and some clients have dozens of listings!) on our platform. All listings will be connected by a single url (domain name) and be very user friendly for your prospective guests.
How does HostZaver connect to my BEYOND PRICING Account for pushing the right prices?
HostZaver automatically connects to your Airbnb or VRBO/HomeAway listing every 24 hours and retrieves your Beyond Pricing set prices. You should continue to monitor your Health Score and make changes on Beyond Pricing and be confident your proprietary HostZaver website has the most up to date dynamic pricing updated daily.
How do I connect my website to my STRIPE Account?
Easy! This only takes about two minutes and you can start collecting your own payments. For each property, just click on "Connect to Stripe" from the Payout settings in HostZaver. Then, log in to your Stripe account and grant permission from Stripe to pair with HostZaver.

"Google Analytics" … Is that with my own Account with Google Analytics or is that a HOSTZAVER Account?
Yes, it will always be your own account and also we can add Facebook Pixels or other marketing codes from the customization area for enchanted / higher level marketing opportunities that will become ever more important going forward as competition continues to increase.
AIRBNB OFF PLATFORM POLICY UPDATES
According to recent Airbnb Off-Platform policy, On any direct booking website, we can not display the testimonials from Airbnb platform. So in order to comply with the Airbnb's policy, the testimonials will not be displayed on front end website and we have also turned off the auto-import of the testimonials.
